"Beware of the Green Line on the Screen: A Look into OnePlus's Poor Customer Service and Reliability Issues"
The quality and reliability of a smartphone are crucial factors to consider when making a purchase. However, some OnePlus phone users have reported a frustrating experience with the brand, specifically in relation to the green line on the screen issue.
The green line on the screen issue, which has been reported by OnePlus Nord users, appears after a software update and is believed to be caused by a hardware issue with the display. The malfunctioning display driver or damaged LCD panel are the two possible causes.
Unfortunately, OnePlus's customer service in this case has been lacking. Instead of addressing the issue, they have asked customers to send their device through courier to the nearest service center, which can be as far as 80km away. This is not only extremely inconvenient for customers who rely on their phone for daily use but also stressful and frustrating.
Additionally, it is not feasible for customers to send their phone through courier for 15 days and manage without it. This is a major inconvenience and can cause a lot of stress and frustration for the customers.
OnePlus should also consider installing service centers in more cities, instead of just having them in a select few locations. This would make it easier for customers to get their devices repaired and would improve the overall customer experience.
In conclusion, if you are considering buying a OnePlus device, it is important to be aware of the green line on the screen issue and the poor customer service provided by the company. It is best to research and consider other options before making a purchase. In my opinion, buying a OnePlus device is a worst phone purchase of my life and you should also think twice before buying OnePlus product.
