OnePlus Devices: Poor Services and Green Line on Screen Issues

As a smartphone user, one of the most important factors to consider when making a purchase is the quality and reliability of the device. Unfortunately, it seems that some OnePlus phone users have had a less than satisfactory experience with the brand, particularly when it comes to the green line on the screen issue.

OnePlus Nord users have reported that their device develops a green line on the screen after a software update. The problem seems to be related to a hardware issue with the display, such as a malfunctioning display driver or a damaged LCD panel.

The customer service provided by OnePlus in this case is quite poor. They have not been able to address the issue and instead, they have asked the customers to send their device through courier to the nearest service center which is located 80km away. This is extremely inconvenient for customers who rely on their phone for daily use and need it to be repaired as soon as possible.

Additionally, it is not feasible for customers to send their phone through courier for 15 days and manage without it. This is a major inconvenience and can cause a lot of stress and frustration for the customers.

OnePlus should also consider installing service centers in more cities, instead of just having them in a select few locations. This would make it easier for customers to get their devices repaired and would improve the overall customer experience.

In conclusion, if you’re considering buying a OnePlus device, it’s important to be aware of the green line on the screen issue and the poor customer service provided by the company. It’s best to research and consider other options before making a purchase. As it is a worst phone purchase of my life and you should also think twice before buying OnePlus product.
